100,000 Blog Visitors, an Unexpected Present and Blog Giveaways!

Good evening, friends! I am very happy to be here on this particular Wednesday evening. It is about 8 p.m and I have just come back from a shopping trip with my sweetheart. It is already dark outside and the rain is coming down quite heavily. I have made myself quite comfortable with many candles around me, beautiful ambient lights and a wonderful table-chimney that brings in this cozy atmosphere into our beautiful living-room…



Although this day started like an ordinary Wednesday, it changed into a very particular one at about 11.30 am. I have just taught 4 hours of French and still in the classroom checked my blog statistics before leaving school and driving home.It is always a thing I do as at school the occasions to check blogs or social media are really rare. It is true that I saw the number of 100,000 coming, but what I did not really expect was me feeling so happily overwhelmed and proud – still standing alone in this really ugly classroom, hoping that none of my students had watched the scene.



So, I drove home, feeling really proud. Coming home, I was really happy that my wonderful boyfriend has already prepared an amazing lunch and the only thing I had to do was to wait for him and enjoy my free time – a real birthday feeling. When he came back from a conference and came up the stairs with a wonderful bunch of lovely flowers in his hands and the amazing card that you can see in the pictures, I no longer knew what to say…I was and am so happy and it was the perfect present that made my day and made me even more proud.



What makes me really happy today is the fact that I am having this wonderful person by my side who adores what I am doing and supports me in what I am doing and that I am having you all guys. It is time to say thank you to you, my wonderful readers who come back to my blog on a regular basis, to all those wonderful people and supporters that I have known through blogging. I am so happy to having you here and happy about all those amazing opportunities that blogging is offering to me. A whole new world is opening up to me and you are an important part of this new world and so I say "Thank you, friends!"
