Looking forward to Fall 2017 with the top Cozy Knitwear Fashion Trends!

Good evening, friends! How are you doing? I hope you have had a wonderful start into the weekend and that you have some really nice plans. As for me, I am going to spend my Saturday night in. I have had a few lovely days behind me that I have spent with wonderful friends and great tourists. Yesterday, after school, I spent the whole afternoon with a friend that I haven’t met in a long time in a lovely beer garden. The weather was awesome and it has been a pleasure to enjoy these last days of summer outside with a great friend, the beautiful blue sky and these first soft traces of fall that you can smell in the fresh air and see in those subtle and hardly discernable changes in nature…



After this relaxed Friday afternoon, I spent the rest of the evening with some of my best friends at a Bavarian night in a restaurant in the neighborhood. Although I am not a big fan of the kind of music they played (my heart belongs to electronic music), I have really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was brilliant, the people nicely attired in their traditional outfits and the decoration of the rooms made me feel like being in one of those lovely chalets on a snowy winter evening. My favorite outfit of the evening was the one of my very beautiful friend who wore a beige dirndl dress with an amazing Hermès scarf…To be honest, I did not fit perfectly into the scene as I hadn’t planned to join them in the first place.



It was a perfect evening followed by a perfect day that quickly went by with various guided tours in my town. And though the weather has been quite beautiful today, I have been yearning for some cosy knitwear as the short moments without sunshine have been really cold and the break between two guided tours, spend outside with a nice cappuccino, made me want to run in one of our beautiful boutiques to purchase one of those amazing fall/winter knitwear trends 2017.
And apart from being warm with a warm pullover or a lovely cardigan, there is really something about cozy knitwear that best embodies the idea behind the Wanderlust fashion trend 2017/2018. We all have worn cozy knitwear since our childhood and it always evokes a feeling of being at home and feeling safe and secure. On the other hand, the knitwear trends remind me of those lovely places somewhere in the mountains, places that really bring me back down to earth and remind me of my connection to nature and tradition. And last but not least, the fashion aspect in and of itself is stunning. I love these combinations of cozy knitwear with all those wonderful fabrics such as silk, tweed, denim…
