How To Wear The Sring/Summer Trends 2016

Hello sweethearts! I am very happy to have found the time between seminar and school preparations for a short blog post. I hope you are all doing perfectly well? I do, as I am really looking forward to a 2 weeks vacation starting on Friday. The last seminar has just ended and the only thing I need to do today is to prepare some lessons for school for tomorrow…Sounds good, right? But I prefer to spend some time with you, guys, first…

At the weekend they announced the weather to be perfect here in Germany. Highest time to take a closer look at the spring fashion trends 2016 again. And what is even more important is to find out how to wear them.

1.The maxi skirt

The maxi skirt of spring 2016 often comes along in the layering look. The combination with a straight cut knit shirt and a crop biker jacket,as with Christian Dada, is perfect. The biker jacket sets the perfect contrast to the silk maxi skirt and keeps up a very feminine and elegant silhouette. I also love the Chloé version – the maxi skirt combined with a simple top. For me it is the perfect outfit for mild summer evenings…

2. The off-shoulder trend

Whether you love to wear off-shoulder shirts, off-shoulder blouses or off-shoulder crop tops, they love to be combined with culottes, skirts and denim. Do not forget to accessorize! The off-shoulder top is the most perfect excuse for buying some beautiful big and expensive statement earrings.



3. The pattern mix

Mixing patterns is not the easiest thing to do. However perfecly styled as in the above looks by MSGM, Diane von Furstenberg and Oscar de la Renta it is the fashion statement 2016. To achieve the perfect mixing the colours of your chosen pieces should merge into one another. As far as shoes and accessories are concerned your motto should be to keep it as simple as possible.

Maybe a more restrained version of the pattern mix 2016 but for me one of the most perfect examples…bold stripes combined with smaller ones by J.Crew 2016.

4. The check trend

The check trend definitely has the potential to bring variety and sense of style into our daily wardrobe. Whether it is check from top to bottom or just a cute checked skirt, the trend is really worth investing in, and a reoccuring theme…

5. The mom jeans

With my girls, this is the parting of the ways. I love the mom jeans. Plus, I am always happy about some variation in my denim stock. And the pictures prove that you do not need a lot to set the mom jeans perfectly in scene: a simple white T-shirt, a cute off-shoulder blouse or blouse and blazer are enough to make the perfect fashion statement, don’t you think…?

Lovelies, I have arrived at the end and need to go back to working for school…I have still two hours left before I am going to have dinner with my sweety….
